Presenting the 2023 LAFC Central graphics package. This was a season long project that I created, building out matchday sets, posters, and other regular pieces that made appearances throughout the year.
These are all the posters I made for this season, one for most matches. These focus experimentally on typography, colors, and the club all in one. Here are some of the best.
For the matchday, I created two sets of information graphics depending on whether it was a home match or an away match.
And a set for the final score, victory or not, in every size.
Here is how an away match would flow on Instagram Stories.
With the Black and Gold on a global stage this season, the design centered around stamps and postage. Every main piece features a stamp, with the regular season being the USPS's 2022 Flag Stamp.

This stamp reappeared on the Champions League set.

The Open Cup and playoffs used a red eagle stamp from 1991 made for the Olympics.

Speaking of playoffs,
The updated collection kept with the style from the year, just a stronger version. There was also a custom made stamp for 2023 Playoffs I used. Every piece of content produced kept with the style.
Here is how a playoff matchday flowed.
Here are some random pieces used throughout the season.
LAFC made and lost 3 finals this year. Here is what we would have seen if the club had won those fateful matches, also known as the forgotten files.
The main font used this year was BDRmono 2006.
All photos used with consent from LAFC's Media package, mainly taken by Imad Bolotok.
